Cant login to helpdesk ?

Sometimes you are not able to login to the helpdesk due to an issue with the cookies management of your browser. In such a case please try one of the bellow options.

Option 1 : Open your browser ( Chrome ) in incognito mode.
When you are in chrome press CTRL + SHIFT + N, type in support.iconnect.ae in the address bar and follow the the usual steps to log in.

Option 2 : Clear Browser Cache
When you are in chrome press CTRL + SHIFT + Del, Change Time Range to "ALL". Then select Browsing History, Cookies and other site data, and cached images and files and click Clear data.
